Frequently Asked Questions About Cake Toppers

Hopefully this section will answer any questions you may have but if there’s anything else you want to know, or if you're just in the mood for a chat,  get in touch and send me an email.

Nope, they are made out of clay so don’t even try.  Seriously now, get that mad glint out of your eye...

The toppers are made out of polymer clay, which, when cured in the oven, transforms into a hard, plastic-like material.  The clay has been fully tested to conform to all safety regulations set out by The Art & Creative Materials Institute (www.acminet.org).  Although the material is strong, it will probably break if dropped, so handle with care!

Why yes of course!  I’m only too happy to make a topper for whatever event you happen to be celebrating... even if it’s a particularly special Tuesday (because, let’s face it – Tuesdays are usually crap).

Goodness no!  (Believe me, the world is better off.)

Unfortunately not, I have made them in the past and, for the time being, I just cannot justify the time and expense it takes to create something so large to a high standard.  Having said that, please feel free to contact me with your ideas and we’ll see if we can come to some arrangement.

Dublin, Ireland and proud of it!

The toppers are packed securely with packing peanuts into a strong cardboard box, which is placed inside a larger cardboard box with more packing peanuts for added protection.

Your topper should arrive in pristine condition but accidents do happen and the topper may break if dropped.  If your topper is broken before your big day a small break can be repaired with super glue or alternatively you can send it back to me and I would be happy to repair it!

Yes of course, I welcome your crazy with open arms!
